Starting tomorrow, we offer Las Palmas Phase 8 to all clients thru Letter of Intent. (LOI)
The payment term will be 20% downpayment payable in 3 years at 0% interest and 70% balance can be paid thru bank financing and inhouse financing as of now, but soon we can apply it to pagibig financing.
Earliest turnover of project will be 4th quarter of year 2022 up to 3rd quarter of 2023.
For our first 50 Buyers, we will give P50,000 promo discount deductible to the downpayment. The sample computation below does not include the discount.
