Casa Sorena Private Resort is meant to be a place where families, friends, and loved ones can relax, have fun, and make meaningful memories in a safe and peaceful environment.

We would like to remind everyone that Casa Sorena does not condone or tolerate any illicit, illegal, or inappropriate acts or behavior within our property. We ask all guests to respect our rules, our property, and the people around them.

Please read our resort policies carefully and make sure that everyone in your group is properly informed of and understands these policies. The person making the reservation is responsible for relaying our rules to their companions and ensuring that everyone complies with them.

We also strive to be accommodating, understanding, and respectful to all our guests. We recognize that concerns may arise, including concerns regarding the conduct of our caretakers. While we expect our guests to treat our caretakers with respect, we also expect our caretakers to treat every guest with courtesy and respect. Any concerns may be raised directly with us so they can be properly addressed.

At the same time, any activity that violates applicable laws, public decency, or our resort policies will not be tolerated. Such actions may result in the termination of a booking, removal from the property, and, when necessary, reporting to the proper authorities.

Our goal is simple: to provide a safe, welcoming, and enjoyable place for everyone.

We ask for everyone's cooperation, responsibility, and respect in helping us maintain Casa Sorena Private Resort as a place where families, friends, and loved ones can enjoy their time together.
