Good day Kabahay.

Nagstart na po orientation sa lahat ng applicants ng programang Murang Pabahay ng ating LGU.

Kasalukuyang ginaganap po sa PUP ang first 1,000 applicants.

Paantay lang po ng tawag para s sched po natin. Tnx po

For everyones info.

Pansamantala pong naantala ang aming pagaupdate sa lahat ng mga applicants tulad po ninyo sapagkat ang ilan po s mga kasamahan namin ay ipinatawag ng SB (sangguniang bayan).

Ngayon po ay maayos ng nasolusyunan ang concern ng SB at mga private volunteers para sa housing project na ito.

Tuloy po ang registration and referrals na gagawin ng aming grupo.

Paglilinaw:

Ako po ay hindi naghahangad ng ano mang pusisyon dito s ating barangay. Charity lang po tayo dito.

UPDATE: Tentative ground breaking sa catmon is sept 15, 2023 po.

UPDATE:

August 9, 2023 po ang sched ng MOA signing ng LGU at DHSUD.

We currently have 4,000 registered beneficiaries included po kayo lahat.

We are also working out with group of IT’s na maggagawa ng system para po mas mabilis ang pagkuha ng mga info sa lahat ng beneficiaries. Konting tiis na lang po.

Again, Sept 15 ang tentative sched ng ground breaking ng catmon project.

Waiting lang po kami ng formal signing ng MOA between our LGU and DHSUD. We are also working out on the schedule and fastest way ng registration and membership updates.

MUNICIPAL ORDINANCE NO. 636

SECTION 6. COVERAGE AND ENTITLED BENEFICIARIES. - Only low wage earners are entitled to avail the program who have the following qualifications

* They must have been identified as low wage earner family duly registered as resident of Santa Maria for Five (5) Years as held by the Municipal Social Welfare and Development Office (MSWDO) and the Municipal Planning and Development Office�(MPDO).
* They must have been identified as individual without a residential owned property for at least Ten (10) Years in the Municipality.
* They must be willing to sign a waiver that they are not allowed to sell the residential property given to them by the local goverment at all times, after having been given the opportunity being a beneficiary and if founded out that he/she sells the property to another person shall held them liable as well as the third person or the buyer and charges shall be brought against them before the proper courts.
* The Shelter Program shall give precedence to solo parents, persons with disability (PWDs) and senior citizens, barangay workers, daycare teachers, qualified teachers and other qualified government employees.
