🔎🔎THINGS TO KNOW WHEN BUYING A HOUSE!!!🔍🔍

📌 Budget - magkano ba kaya mong monthly? Kung magkano lang kaya mo doon ka mag-umpisa tumingin.

📌 Location - consider mo pa rin ang budget mo. Kung mura lang siguradong malayo sa Manila yan. Five (5) million na po pataas presyo ng Townhouse in QC, Marikina and nearby Metro Manila like Antipolo City, Cainta, Taytay Rizal, San Pedro, Laguna and Bacoor Cavite.

6. Ano ang Equity?
⏩ ito ay same lang ng Downpayment at required mong bayaran bago pwede maloan sa pagibig.

SAGOT: Pag kumuha ka ng bahay under PAGIBIG O BANK FINANCING hindi buong price ng property ang ipapautang sa inyo. Kadalasan 80-90% ang ipapahiram, ang remaining 10-20% na value ng bahay ay magiging DOWNPAYMENT/EQUITY, ito ay proteksyon sa PAGIBIG/BANK na ikaw ay desidido sa pagbabayad at proteksyon din sa inyong BORROWER na hindi ka pwedeng basta basta paalisin ng walang dahilan dahil meron kang 10-20% OWNERSHIP sa BAHAY😊💡
