Ever since I was young, malinaw na talaga sa akin na gusto kong maging engineer.
Mahilig ako sa technology, sa cars, sa kung paano gumagana ang mga bagay.
I used to imagine myself building, designing, solving problems, and being part of something innovative.
Almost a decade in the automotive industry shaped me deeply.
It didn’t just give me experience; it gave me vision.
Doon nabuo yung pangarap na balang araw, I want to build my own automotive company, especially something related to electric vehicles.
Hanggang ngayon, nandun pa rin yung vision na ‘yon.
Maybe dream pa rin siya, maybe calling haha. But it never really left.
At the same time, may isa pa akong pangarap noon na tahimik lang pero malinaw din.
I wanted to own real estate properties.
Yung may passive income.
Yung may freedom.
Yung kaya mong mag-retire early and choose where you want to live, not because you’re forced to, but because you earned it.
(Ito rin yung dahilan kung bakit ko pinasok ang pagbebenta ng properties).
Almost 4 years in, the more I learned, the more I wanted to acquire properties, understand the game deeper, and build something long-term.
Hindi lang para sa ngayon, but for future me.
Kailangan ko ba pumili ng isa?
Maybe yes.
Pwede rin namang no.
Basta ang alam ko, kung saan man ako dalhin ni Lord, ang goal ko lang ay isa: gagalingan ko.
I will show up, learn relentlessly, and build with integrity.
In this lifetime, these are the two things I can confidently say I’m passionate about.
Technology and real estate.
Building systems and building assets.
Engineering mindset and ownership thinking.
If you’re in engineering, automotive, tech, or real estate and you feel torn between paths, this is your reminder.
Hindi ka nag-iisa.
Hindi ka naliligaw.
You might just be called to build something bigger than one label.
So here’s my question to you:
What are you building, and are you willing to commit to it long enough to see it work?
Let’s grow, build, and win, one disciplined step at a time.
