Ateneo de Manila joins Riverpark — The Next-Gen City of the South.
GT Capital Holdings Inc. and Ateneo de Manila University have formally forged a partnership to establish an Ateneo campus within Riverpark, the masterplanned township developed by Federal Land in Cavite.
The upcoming 15-hectare campus, targeted to open by 2030, reinforces Riverpark’s vision of creating a smart, sustainable, and future-ready community where education, enterprise, and everyday living come together.
Ateneo’s presence will not only strengthen the educational landscape of Cavite but also enrich the lives of the surrounding communities—reflecting Federal Land and FNG’s long-term commitment to building environments that create lasting value for generations.
