📢 **IMPORTANT ANNOUNCEMENT!**
Dear ka-Riviera,
In our continuous effort to improve security measures, enhance community living, and fund essential programs and activities, the Riviera Heights Homeowners' Association has unanimously passed a resolution to introduce a Vehicle Pass Sticker System. This system will be implemented at our subdivision gate to manage access, ensure safety, and support our shared objectives.
**BOARD RESOLUTION 2023-001: SALE AND IMPLEMENTATION OF VEHICLE PASS STICKER**
**Key Points and Guidelines:**
🚗 **Applicable Fees:**
- Four-wheel vehicles and tricycles: ₱150
- Motorcycles and e-bikes: ₱100
📝 **Submission Requirements for Sticker Issuance:**
- Original Receipt (OR) and Certificate of Registration (CR) of the vehicle
- Valid Driver's License
- Proof of Residency (e.g., contract, deed of sale, utility billing)
- Endorsement from the property owner (for tenants)
🚧 **Implementation Date:**
- Strict enforcement of the "No Sticker, No Entry/Leave ID Policy" will commence on September 1, 2023.
🔄 **Sticker Validity:**
- The car sticker is non-transferable to other vehicles.
- Stickers will be valid for two (2) years and will follow the RHS-HOA: TERM YEAR tracking number format under the oversight of the Board of Directors.
🏠 **Vehicle Eligibility:**
- Only vehicles registered in the name of a resident at Riviera Heights Subdivision are entitled to use RHS-HOA stickers.
- Company cars of residents may also be permitted to use RHS-HOA stickers, provided they are for private resident use and are garaged within our community.
🚚 **Multiple Vehicle Owners:**
- Homeowners with multiple vehicles may purchase stickers corresponding to the total number of their vehicles.
🛵 **Tricycle Access:**
- Tricycles entering or leaving the subdivision must have an RHS-HOA sticker OR leave their "Driver's License" OR "TODA Identification."
📍 **Information and Updates:**
- Notice of the "Sale and Implementation of Vehicle Pass Sticker" will be posted at the Riviera Heights Subdivision Gate and in front of the Clubhouse premises for your reference.
