Congratulations to my OFW client from KSA for successfully reserving 1 unit at Southpoint Villas in Alaminos, Laguna😊 Pangarap nya daw na may uuwian syang sariling bahay paguwi nya ng Pinas at gusto nyang may mapuntahan yung hard earned money nya from abroad, kaya naman ayan nagreserve agad kahit sa virtual tour nya lang nakita yung project.

Before magdecide si mam, i offered her 3 different projects from Pila & San Pablo, Laguna. Pero bakit nga ba nya napili itong Southpoint Villas?
1st - Location - maganda kasi malapit sa lahat, schools, simbahan, palengke, national hiway, munisipyo, pati na din s police station😅
2nd - House Features - spacious ang unit, pwede up to 3 bedrooms, nasa loob ang kitchen unlike sa ibang townhouse, bare turnover pero tiles na ang cr at may kisame na sa 2nd floor (san ka pa?😊)
