Patuloy po kaming nakamonitor upang masiguro ang tuloy-tuloy na serbisyo.

Power Supply Update as of May 14, 2026, 1:30 PM:

The NGCP has raised YELLOW and RED ALERTS today due to shortages in power supply and power reserves from Luzon power plants.

YELLOW ALERT: 2:01 PM – 3:00 PM | 10:01 PM – 12:00 MN

RED ALERT affected areas may experience power outages from 3:01 PM – 10:00 PM.

BROWNOUTS EXPECTED AGAIN TODAY

The Luzon and the Visayas power grids will once again be placed under red alert today, May 14, 2026, due to a critically low electricity supply.

The alert status will be in effect from 4 PM to 10 PM in Luzon and from 4 PM to 9 PM in the Visayas. | via Brix Lelis

QUICK REMINDER TO ALL TENANTS: PROPER WASTE DISPOSAL

To help prevent clogged drains, foul odors, and plumbing damage, all tenants are required to dispose of waste properly at all times.

Please DO NOT put the following into sinks, toilets, or floor drains:
• Food leftovers or scraps
• Used cooking oil or grease
• Hair from bathrooms or showers
• Wipes, paper towels, tissues, or sanitary products
• Plastic, packaging, or any non-dissolvable items

Proper Disposal Guidelines:
• Scrape food into the trash before washing dishes
• Collect used oil/grease and dispose of it in the trash
• Remove and throw away hair after showering
• Use trash bins for all solid waste

Improper waste disposal causes serious plumbing issues and may result in repair costs being charged to responsible tenants.
