• Our place is in Gibraltar road, very accessible and near sa mga universities/school and sa town.
• It is located in a decent area kaya sure na safe.
• Rental fee:
**10K/month Solo or w/ minimal additional fee for Couple. SHORT/LONG TERM
Includes cs, (electric, water, wifi), furnished na so damit at mga kumot bedsheet at pillow case nyo na lang ddalin nyo.
• May heater/hot shower at walang problema sa tubig.
• May malawak na garden where you can tambay din with friends and visitors.
• No curfew and visitors allowed basta hindi lang makakakaabala sa iba😉

• Our place is in Gibraltar road, very accessible and near sa mga universities/school and sa town.
• It is located in a decent area kaya sure na safe kayo and malaki ang house, hindi kayo crowded.
• Rental fee is 7k (Solo).
**Includes cs, (electric, water, wifi), fully furnished na so literal na damit nyo na lang ddalin nyo.
• Provided na nmin ng ref at stove cooking pans and pots that everyone can use.
• May heater/hot shower at walang problema sa tubig.
• May tv sa sala with netflix so you can hang out with your board mates kapag walang pasok😉
• May malawak na garden where you can tambay din with friends and visitors.
