SOLAR RESOURCES BUYER'S PROMO FOR THE MONTH OF SEPTEMBER 2025
1. RFO units and Ongoing Construction Units (20%and up) for South and North Project - 10% DISCOUNT ON TCP DEDUCTIBLE TO DOWNPAYMENT FOR BANK FINANCING (11% MINIMUM DOWNPAYMENT) AND PAGIBIG FINANCING IF APPLICABLE (35% to 40% MINIMUM DOWNPAYMENT DEPENDING ON APPRAISAL VALUE).
Downpayment must be paid in 7 days after reservation and complete documents (bank or pagibig financing) should be strictly submitted 21 days after reservation. Pag bank financing ang client, 1% nalang babayaran sa dp and process na agad sa bank.
For SPOT CASH payable in 7 days, we will give 15% discount on TCP on all RFO Units and Ongoing Construction Units (20% and up) in Bulacan and Cavite projecrts.
2. No Construction Units (pre-selling) Discount deductible to downpayment and downpayment balance payable maximum of 8 months .

If Client will pay Spot Cash for no construction units (pre-selling) , we will give a discount of 10% discount on TCP payable in 30 days upon reservation .
If Spot Downpayment for no construction units (pre-selling) , downpayment payable within 14 days upon reservation, there will be additional 10% discount on downpayment less dp discount.
