SANTO TOMAS CITY, BATANGAS

The City of Sto.Tomas, Batangas is the "Gateway to the South". It's a major thoroughfare going places to and from Batangas, Laguna, and Metro Manila.
It is home to almost a quarter million people and is a base to massive industrial hubs, the First Philippine Industrial Park and the Light and Science Park III. In its center lies the historic Mt. Makiling & Mabalu Peak and on its peripheries are a potpourri of economic to luxurious residences.
It houses the first natural park, the Mt. Makiling, and the first shrine in Batangas, the National Shrine of Padre Pio. Aside from its untouched, pristine, nature vibes, Sto. Tomas is also one of the original homes of the legendary "bulalo".
This historic Spanish-era "poblacion" was just declared to become a city recently, marking its breakthrough as an economic & commerce hub in the south. It will soon house one of the country's most advanced facility, the Php 11-Billion Dyson research and manufacturing center. Even Mega, one of the major manufacturers in the country will hire more than 1,000 people for its massive operations in town.
This is to appreciate this city, home to the country's multi-awarded green & Italian condominium, Miramonti Green Residences. This is to flex that Sto. Tomas is worthy of your next address and investment.
