Our relationship with SDO Sto Tomas was straightforward and businesslike, but Sir Edward’s brief assignment here quickly proved to be anything but ordinary.

It didn't take long before I notice his sharp intelligence, quiet strength, and unshakeable integrity. But what truly set Sir Edward apart was something far rarer in someone of his stature: his ability to truly see people.

Despite carrying the weight of heavy responsibilities and an endlessly busy schedule, he never walked past our team as if we were invisible.

He always make a point to greet our venue staff, acknowledging their effort and making them feel their worth.

In a world where leadership often comes with grand demands, Sir Edward D. Garcia, Asst. Schools Division Superintendent, never played the VIP.

He never demanded special treatment, nor did he seek to be the center of attention - ever.

That level of genuine humility and grounded respect is exceedingly rare for someone of his caliber.

Thank you sir for your kindness and trust. You will always have a place here at Camp Kamagong.
