We’re so happy to host you and your group. 💛

To make sure everyone has a safe, clean, and enjoyable stay, we kindly ask for your cooperation with a few simple house guidelines.

These rules are not meant to restrict your fun—but to help us maintain the place for all guests and ensure a smooth experience for everyone.

🍳 Kitchen & Cleaning Care
Please keep the kitchen clean after use.
Cleaning or trash disposal assistance may apply if the area is left unclean or waste is not properly managed.

🏊 Pool Reminder
To keep the pool clean and safe for everyone, eating and drinking inside the pool area is not allowed.

🎤 KTV / Videoke Use
You’re free to enjoy singing from 9:00 AM to 10:00 PM only.
Let’s also be mindful of noise levels to respect our neighbors.

🛏 Room Care
We kindly ask guests to take care of the beds and rooms as if it were their own home. Any damages or stains may be charged accordingly.

🚫 A Few Important Reminders
• Please declare all guests in advance
• Bluetooth speakers are not allowed (we already have a karaoke system for your enjoyment)
• Smoking inside rooms and KTV areas is not permitted

Hello Dear Guests,

We ask for final guest count in advance. We strictly allow a maximum of 20 guests only.

If the guest count exceeds 20, additional guests will be charged ₱250 (day use) and ₱350 (overnight).

Maximum capacity is 22 guests (compressed sleeping arrangement).

No last-minute additions or sudden increases will be accommodated.

No sneaking in of guests at night—our caretakers conduct checks, and CCTV cameras are installed for monitoring.

We avoid overloading, as our accommodations are kubo and the space is prepared only for the stated capacity.

Guests aged 0–2 years old are free and not counted.
