As a young entrepreneur, I always appreciate the hidden value of real estate. Other people might be asking, what is real estate? Real estate is basically a land. Lupa. No long descriptions needed. Kung ano yung kinatatayuan mo ngayon, real estate po yan. Malls, markets, condominiums, house and lot. Lahat yan ay real estate na may kani-kanilang tungkulin sa bawat mamamayan sa lipunan. Kaya ikaw na nakakabasa nito, don't take your time for granted habang malakas ka pa makapag trabaho. Time is your greatest asset, not money. Mas masaya ang habang natanda ka may nakikita kanang naipupundar di lang para sayo kundi para sa pamilya mo at sa mga susunod pang henerasyon. Mahirap magsisi sa huli na pag tanda mo marerealize mo na lang "ay wala pa pala akong naipupundar. Paano na yung kalagayan ng pamilya ko?". Let's always value our time habang may lakas pa tayo kumayod, dahil hindi habambuhay mananatili yang lakas na meron ka sa ngayon.
