*Why some investors are now focusing on commercial land south of Metro Manila*
As Metro Manila becomes more saturated and expensive for business expansion, many investors are beginning to look at emerging commercial districts outside the capital.

Commercial land in many parts of Metro Manila can now reach ₱250,000–₱500,000 per sqm, and even higher in prime districts.
