1. Is there any unit available right now?
Availability may change. Please message our official page to check current openings.

2. How many units do you have?
We have 6 front-facing units across 2 floors, each with 1 bedroom.

3. What does each unit include?
✔️ 1 Bedroom
✔️ Private bathroom
✔️ Separate sink & laundry area
✔️ Independent electric submeter & water connection

4. Do you allow short-term stays?
Yes, with a minimum stay of 6 months.

5. Are pets allowed?
We’re sorry, but pets are not allowed at this time. We appreciate and admire pet lovers and rescuers. ❤️🐾

6. Is parking available?
Yes, a parking slot is provided for tenants.

7. Do you have a gate or security features?
Yes. A newly constructed gate provides added privacy and security.

8. How much is the monthly rate?
The monthly rate will be disclosed during your inquiry on our official page.

9. How many occupants are allowed per unit?
Each unit can accommodate up to 5 occupants, suitable for individuals, couples, or families.
🔹 Visitors & Overnight Guests: Visitors are allowed, and overnight stays are permitted as long as the total does not exceed the maximum occupancy.

10. What type of aircon is allowed?
Tenants may install their own air-conditioning unit, but only split-type units are permitted.

11. What are the move-in requirements?
Full move-in requirements will be provided through our official page.

12. Do you allow unit reservations?
Yes.
✔️ Valid for a set period
✔️ Reservation fee is non-refundable if the tenant fails to move in
✔️ Fee is deductible from the security deposit upon move-in

13. When is viewing available?
Viewing is available Saturdays only, by appointment.

14. Can I walk in without a schedule?
