On behalf of the Homeowners Association, we extend our heartfelt gratitude to all homeowners and lot owners who attended and actively participated in yesterday's General Assembly and Election. Your presence, support, and commitment to our community made this important event a success.

We would like to inform everyone regarding attendance that, out of a total of 149 members in good standing, only 35 homeowners or lot owners attended this important gathering. We have an attendance rate of only 23.48%.

We would also like to express our sincere appreciation to the Election Committee, the Watchers, volunteers, and everyone who contributed their time, effort, and dedication in planning, organizing, and ensuring that the election was conducted in a fair, orderly, and transparent manner. Your hard work is truly appreciated.

To our outgoing Board of Directors, thank you for your dedication, commitment, and selfless service to our community throughout your term. We recognize the time, effort, and sacrifices you have made in serving the association and working toward the betterment of Heritage Spring Homes. Your contributions have laid a strong foundation for the future of our community.

Finally, we extend our warmest congratulations to our newly elected Board of Directors. We wish you wisdom, strength, and success as you take on the responsibility of leading our association. May you serve with integrity, unity, transparency, and a genuine commitment to the welfare of every homeowner.

📢 NOTICE OF RESCHEDULED ELECTION📢

Dear Homeowners,

We would like to inform all homeowners that the election for the Board of Directors, originally scheduled on April 26, 2026, was declared a Failure of Election due to the lack of a quorum and insufficient participation of the association's members.

In accordance with the Association's governing rules and the Revised IRR of RA 9904, and to ensure the continuity of leadership and operations, the election has been rescheduled to July 19, 2026 (Sunday).

Please mark your calendars and make yourself available on this important date.

Your participation is vital to the success of our Association. By attending and taking part in the election process, you help ensure that the programs, projects, and activities of our community continue to move forward for the benefit of all homeowners.

We also want to thank the current Board of Directors for their dedication, time, and effort in serving the community. Despite challenges, they have continued to support and implement activities and initiatives that benefit our subdivision. Their commitment deserves our recognition and gratitude.

We encourage all homeowners to actively participate, exercise their right to vote, and consider serving the community by supporting or joining the leadership of the Association.

The Association will also provide qualified homeowners with an official list of candidates for the Board of Directors. This will allow members to become familiar with the candidates and make informed choices during the election on July 19, 2026.

Ipinababatid po sa lahat na meron pong schedule ang Brgy. ng Anti-rabies Vaccination bukas, July 8 para sa ating mga alagang a*o at pusa. Wala pa pong exact time na nabanggit.

Paantabay lamang ang inyong mga alagang a*o/pusa, at agad po kami mag -aanunsyo sa araw ng bukas para sa kaalaman ng lahat.

Ilang grupo lamang po sila at lahat ng subdivision ay kanilang pupuntahan.

📢📢Magandang Araw po sa lahat📢📢

Nais po naming ibahagi ang obserbasyon ng Menro (Municipal Environment and Natural Resources Officer) sa ating mga basura.

Batay sa huling paghahakot nila ay nakita pa rin ang mga halo-halong basura nabubulok, hindi nabubulok at mga basura na maaari pang mapakinabangan.

Para po sa kaalaman ng lahat ang proper waste segregation ay matagal na po itong ipinapatupad. Mayroon din po kaming pinadala na flyers sa bawat tahanan na nakasaad dito ang tamang pagbu-bukod- bukod ng basura. (Tingnan sa attachment 1)

Bilang pakikipagtulungan sa ating Munisipyo at para rin sa ating Inang Kalikasan, hinihiling po namin ang inyong kooperasyon hinggil sa bagay na ito.

Ayon sa MENRO hindi na nila tayo pahahakutan ng libre kung hindi tayo makikipag tulungan sa kanilang ipinapatupad.

Ang nais po nila ay kung lata ay lata lamang ang kasama, kung bote ay bote lamang, kung empty plastic bottle ay yun lamang din po ang magkakasama at iba pa.

> Kailangan na nasa maayos na lagayan ang mga recyclable item para mapakinabangan pa ng iba gaya ng mga books, damit, papel at madami pang iba.

Non- recyclables Item:
Sa kabilang banda, ang mga hindi recyclable ay ang mga materyales/bagay na hindi mo maaaring ilagay sa mga recycling na materyales. Sa simpleng mga termino, hindi sila maaaring gawin sa iba pang mga materyales o hindi na mapapakinabangan.(Tingnan sa attachment 3)

>Hinihikayat din po namin ang lahat lalo na po ang mga may bakanteng lote na kung maaari ay ibaon na lamang po sa mga bakanteng lote ang mga nabubulok na basura, dumi ng hayop at iba pa na nagiging sanhi ng masamang amoy. Maaari din gumawa ng compost pit para sa mga nabubulok na basura. Maaari po itong maging pataba para sa ating mga halaman( Tingnan sa attachment 4)

Ang Epekto sa Kapaligiran ng Pagre-recycle...

Ang pag-unawa sa kung anong mga bagay ang maaaring i-recycle ay nakakatulong na lumikha ng mga makabuluhang benepisyo sa kapaligiran:

Environmental Benefits:
• Binabawasan o nababawasan ang basura sa landfill sa pamamagitan ng
paglilipat ng milyun-milyong tonelada ng basura taun-taon
• Nag-iingat ng mga likas na yaman tulad ng mga puno, langis, at mineral
• Nakakatipid ng enerhiya kumpara sa pagmamanupaktura mula sa mga hilaw
na materyales
• Binabawasan ang polusyon mula sa pagkuha at pagproseso ng mga bagay
na maaari pang mapakinabangan.

Dapat magtulungan tayo sa waste disposal dahil kung may isa lang na mali ay lahat tayo ay magsasakripisyo. Karapatan po natin na mahakutan tayo ng libre ng ating pamahalaan pero may kalakip na sakripisyo.

Umaasa po kami sa inyong malawak na pang-unawa at pakikiisa.

Eto po ang schedule ng hakot ng ating basura para sa buwan ng Hunyo.

Message from MENRO regarding garbage hauling.

Magandang umaga po sa lahat.
Magkakaroon po ulit ng kaunting changes sa ating hakot ng basura.
Simula po ngayong huwebes (May 14) na dadating ay regular po namin kayong hahakutan.
Sa Thursday (May 14) ay hahakot sila SUBALIT, ito ay RECYCLABLE LAMANG DAPAT. Every other week ay iba ang magiging hakot. After this week sa susunod na week ay NON-RECYCLABLE LAMANG. Hindi na po hahakutan ang mga subdivision na hindi po nagse-segregate.

Message from HOA:

Nais po iparating ng Menro at ng Asosasyon na ugaliin ang proper waste segregation ng ating mga basura upang tayo ay makatulong sa kalikasan at kapaligiran. Inaabisuhan din po ang lahat, lalo na sa mga may bakanteng lote na gumawa ng proper compost pit upang maiwasan ang pangangamoy ng mga basura na nabubulok.

May 14, 2026- Recyclable waste
May 21, 2026- Non- recyclable waste
May 28, 2026- Recyclable waste

Good day, Homeowners!

We would like to inform everyone that the official Village Car Stickers are now available. All residents are encouraged to secure their car stickers for proper identification and smoother entry within the subdivision.

🔹 Sticker Fee: Php 300.00 (valid for 1 year)
🔹 Where to Get: Heritage HOA Office
🔹 Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:30 to 5:30 pm

Please be reminded that vehicles without a valid sticker may be subject to verification and need to submit a valid ID upon entry.

Good day, Homeowners and Residents.

We want to remind everyone to please be responsible pet owners, especially regarding your dogs. Recently, there have been reports of stray and roaming dogs in the subdivision, which may cause inconvenience, safety concerns, and sanitation issues for other residents.

In accordance with the HOA Rules and Regulations, all pet owners are advised to:

• Keep your dogs within your property at all times.
• Ensure that pets are properly secured or leashed when outside your house.
• Do not allow dogs to roam freely along the streets and common areas of the subdivision.

Please be reminded that stray or unattended dogs found roaming inside the village may be subject to impounding in accordance with the subdivision's pet policy and HOA regulations. Corresponding penalties or impounding fees may apply before the pet can be released to the owner.

Let us all work together to maintain a safe, clean, and peaceful community for everyone.

NOTICE OF GENERAL ASSEMBLY AND ELECTION OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS

To all Homeowners/Tenants!

Greetings

The HSH Homeowners Association would like to invite everyone to attend the General Assembly and Election of the Board of Directors which will be held on:

Date: April 26, 2026 (Sunday)
Time: 2:00 PM
Venue: HSH Clubhouse

This General Assembly is an important gathering where updates, reports, and other matters concerning our community will be discussed. During this event, the Election of the new Board of Directors will also take place.

We would also like to encourage homeowners who are willing to serve and contribute to the improvement of our community to file their candidacy for the upcoming election. Your participation and leadership are vital in helping our subdivision grow and maintain a peaceful and well-managed environment.

Interested homeowners may submit their Letter of Intent or Candidacy to the Board of Directors on or before the announced deadline.

We strongly encourage everyone to attend, participate, and exercise your right to vote. Your presence and involvement are important in shaping the future of our community.
