Duties and Responsibilities:
•Supervises the implementation of quality management programs.
•Coordinate with department heads and process owners for process improvements, process documentation and monitoring. Creation and updating of audit checklists as needed.
•Conducts regular and special internal audits and coordinate results with department heads and process owners to ensure that all necessary requirements are satisfied and that the company is always ready for the annual external audit.
•Ensures updated documentation of standardized processes and procedures. Changes may come from internal audit conducted.
•Institutes security and control of Corporate Quality records, policies, procedures and manuals.
•Schedules quarterly management review. Take down minutes of the meeting and disseminate to all attendees; monitor deliverables.
•Process non-compliance reports, in coordination with immediate manager of employee involved.
•Guarantees that all forms are controlled and listed.
•Handles and focusing the process and performance improvement plan of the company.
•Ensures all quality documents are filled and secured.
•Updates Quality Manual and ensures that all are complete, intact, correct or accurate.
•Regularly reviews the quality management system and update it as needed. Schedule process review with the Management once a year.
•Coordinates with Purchasing Dept. to ensure Purchasing evaluates and send out supplier evaluation during the first quarter for feedback to suppliers.
•Coordinates with the external auditing body regarding schedule of the audit.
•Ensures that all requirements are available for inspections and validation during the audit.
•Conducts systems and processes review, work simplification, time and motion studies and implementation of the proposed system upgrades and changes.
•Documents systems improvement and turnaround time of processes.
•Documents all findings, tabulates major and minor findings, analyzes possible root causes, and develops a monitoring system to record progress and action taken and formulates suggested corrective & preventive actions.


Qualifications:
•With working experience in the field of Quality Management and ISO Documentation
•College graduate preferably in Industrial Engineering
•At least 2-3 years supervisory experience in a service-oriented establishment
•Preferably with quality auditing experience
•Good in planning, leading, organizing and controlling skills

Duties and Responsibilities:
* Perform financial analysis and reporting to management as needed
* Perform month-end accounting activities such as reconciliations and journal entries
* Coordinate with finance team to complete assigned accounting tasks within deadlines
* Generate financial reports and statements to Managers for review
* Analyze financial discrepancies and recommend effective resolutions
* Monitor expenditures, analyze revenues and determine budget variances and report the same to management
* Respond to accounting inquiries from management in a timely fashion.
* Provide guidance to other Accountants when needed
* Assist in budget preparation and expense management activities for assigned accounts
