Job Title : Property Specialist
Qualifications:
🔹️Open to all courses
🔹️With at least 72 units in college
🔹️Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
🔹️Experience in real estate is an advantage but not required
🔹️With or without sales experience
🔹️Must be able to adapt in a fast-paced working environment
🔹️Has a positive attitude, cooperative and willing to adhere to company policies
🔹️Highly motivated team-players
🔹️Good communication and presentation skills
🔹️Ability to work under pressure
🔹️Can work with minimal supervision and with pleasing personality
🔹️Must be willing to be trained and assigned in Sucat area.
Responsibilities:
🔹️To promote and market Amaia Steps Sucat through advertisements, open house events and participation in various sales and marketing initiatives
🔹️To acquire clients through the company's and individual efforts, as well as personal networks
🔹️To attend to inquiries, requests and concerns of potential and existing buyers
🔹️To meet required sales quota every month
