📢 Community Dues Collection is Starting! 📢

Attention Lot Owners and Occupants: Monthly community dues collection is now official, following the vote on June 29, 2025.

These funds are crucial for our community's maintenance, development, and future projects.

Monthly Dues Structure:

👉1 lot: ₱20.00
👉2 lots: ₱30.00
👉3-4 lots: ₱50.00
👉5+ lots: ₱100.00

Key Details:

Due Date: Last day of each month.

Collectors: Jenelyn Barrera (Office Staff) and Kezeah Seguma (Treasurer).

Reminder: Please provide your own small, orange notebook for recording payments.
