Who would’ve ever thought that itong taong ito, na naka-7 years sa high school, naka-apat na beses ng first year college, naka-tatlong attempt sa magkakaibang college program courses, at inabot ng 10 years sa unang degree course, ay magte-take pa ng 2nd degree course at makakapasa ng PRC Licensure Examination for Real Estate Brokers? 🥹🙏
