Student leaders were awarded certificates of participation following the Leadership Program held on September 18, 2026, at BP Cenzon Hall Tabuk Pastoral Center. The recognition honored their active involvement and commitment to the programโ€™s goal of developing responsible and service-oriented leaders.

Meanwhile, Team Duck emerged as the champion of the team-building games, showcasing teamwork, cooperation, and sportsmanship.

The event was organized and facilitated by the Peer Facilitator Club (PFC), with the guidance and support of Sir Ruelson Tongdo, Maโ€™am Melodie Palattao, and Sir Daniel Ao-as.

The PFC extends its appreciation to all participants, facilitators, and supporters who contributed to the success of the program. Through this initiative, student leaders were given an opportunity to strengthen their leadership skills and build meaningful connections.

The games brought the lessons of the Leadership Program to life, with every activity highlighting a different value needed in becoming a good leader. Finding Teammates Through Animal Sounds encouraged communication and adaptability, while the Lava Walk taught trust, planning, and cooperation. Connected Together reminded everyone of the importance of unity and coordination, while the Crab Crawl built perseverance and encouraged teammates to keep moving forward. The Ball Picking Relay strengthened teamwork and responsibility, the Sack Race with a Twist challenged everyone to stay focused and flexible, and the Mud Crawl taught determination and resilience in overcoming challenges.

Through these activities, our students learned that leadership is not only about taking the leadโ€”it is about communicating, trusting others, staying committed, supporting your team, and facing challenges together.

Her talk reminded us that being a good leader means not only guiding others, but also understanding, listening, and caring for the people around us. She also brought so much energy and joy to the session by teaching us a fun dance, even coming up on stage and leading everyone with such excitement! ๐Ÿ’ƒ
