Boarding House Rates:

The rate is ₱2300 per person per month, inclusive of the following:
Electricity
Water
Free use of rice cooker
Free wifi
Common bathroom
Shared kitchen
Additional fees apply for other appliances.
Transient Rates:

For transient guests, we offer the following options:
₱450 per person for a 24-hour stay with air conditioning.
Enjoy a 12% discount for stays of 5 days or more with air conditioning.
₱350 per person for a 24-hour stay with a wall fan.
