We're delighted to share the success of the recent Induction of Officers for the Philippine Association of Real Estate Brokers - Metro Tacloban Chapter!

Special thanks to our esteemed guest, Atty. Michael Victor C. Tezon, Director IV of the Department of Human Settlements and Urban Development Region 8, for gracing the event with his presence and delivering a message of support to the attendees.

Held last May 12, 2024, at the Rosvenil Hotel, Tacloban, it was an inspiring gathering set to shape the future of real estate in our region. Here's to a fruitful term ahead! Congratulations!

Representatives from real estate organizations including Philippine Real Estate Service Practitioners, Inc. (PhilRES), Philippine Association of Real Estate Boards (PAREB), and Real Estate Brokers Association of the Philippines, Inc. (REBAP) paid a fruitful courtesy call with the esteemed Director of DHSUD Region VIII, Atty. Michael Victor C. Tezon, on November 22, 2023 at the DHSUD Regional VIII Office. The meeting served as an avenue in addressing the pressing issues in the real estate industry within Eastern Visayas.

Among the key topics discussed were concerns on illegal subdivision projects and illegal real estate brokers and salesperson, highlighting the collective efforts needed in upholding and protecting the rights and interests of homebuyers. The real estate organizations pledge to work hand-in-hand with DHSUD Region VIII to act against fraudulent real estate practices prevalent in the region.
