Qualifications:
• must be at least 2 years in college or completed 72 units.

• Knowledge and experience in Sales
• Demonstrates high level of proficiency in productivity applications, such as Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
• Willing to learn, be trained, and adapt to a start-up company environment
• With sharp verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities:
• Promote sales of properties through social media, advertisements, open houses, and participation in multiple listing services.
• Cultivate healthy relationships with clients.
• Advise clients on market conditions, prices, mortgages, legal requirements and related matters.
• Attend Project Knowledge Seminars (PKSs).
• Register as a real estate salesperson with the Professional Regulatory Commission (PRC) and the Housing and Land Use Regulatory Board (HLURB).
• Handle inquiries and concerns of clients and associates.
• Work as a team player within an assigned sales team, led by a registered Real Estate Broker.
• Represent the company in dealing with suppliers, developers, clients and associates.
• Provide management constructive feedback to improve website, sales and marketing activities, and internal processes.
• Perform other related functions as the company deems necessary.
