Another milestone in our campaign against unscrupulous and illegal Real Estate Practices.

Kudos to the Local Government Unit of the Municipality of Tolosa headed by their Municipal Mayor Erwin Ocaña together with their Vice Mayor and the Honorable Members of the Sanguniang Bayan.

Representatives from real estate organizations including Philippine Real Estate Service Practitioners, Inc. (PhilRES), Philippine Association of Real Estate Boards (PAREB), and Real Estate Brokers Association of the Philippines, Inc. (REBAP) paid a fruitful courtesy call with the esteemed Director of DHSUD Region VIII, Atty. Michael Victor C. Tezon, on November 22, 2023 at the DHSUD Regional VIII Office. The meeting served as an avenue in addressing the pressing issues in the real estate industry within Eastern Visayas.

Among the key topics discussed were concerns on illegal subdivision projects and illegal real estate brokers and salesperson, highlighting the collective efforts needed in upholding and protecting the rights and interests of homebuyers. The real estate organizations pledge to work hand-in-hand with DHSUD Region VIII to act against fraudulent real estate practices prevalent in the region.
