We are not a (luxury) hotel, but a traditional kubos. Bring Everything you think you'll gonna need to feel and enjoy your Staycation.
What most of our Guests were doing, they brought their own food to grill for dinner: Like BBQ, steaks, sausages, variety of seafood etc.
and marshmallows to toast.
Corkage Fee is Free: This simply means that you can bring now all the food & drinks you want without a corkage fee!
HOUSE ETIQUETTE
NO SMOKING inside the kubo. For the safety of everyone, our kubo is made from Native Kawayan and highly prone for fire.
Do not flush anything in the toilet bowl . As it is not a biodegradable and may clog or damage the toilet.
QUITE PLEASE - as a respect to neighboring Staycation Houses and to enjoy the simplicity of life away from the city, kindly refrain from Loud noise. Unless you occupy the whole place for exclusivity. Please have a respect to others.
LIGHTS OFF at 10PM
KEEP IT CLEAN - To maintain cleanliness, sanitation and to prevent foul odor and unwanted penetrations of ants, bugs an any insects. No eating inside the room. There is a designated area like the veranda or common dining area.
TAKE CARE of your belongings,
CLEAN AS YOU GO - There are designated common area / kitchen. Kindly keep it clean and please place your trash in the trash bin.

1. utensils? kitchenwares? rice cooker?
**YES. we provide everything you just need bring food to cook. 🙂 rice cooker provided.
2. Towels & Toiletries provided?
** NO. kindly bring your own towels & toiletries 🙂
3. Possible for early check-in?
** NO. due to some cases before. please come in at 2pm so we have ample time to clean your staycation house. 🙂
4. Parking space available?
**YES free Gated Parking Lot
5.Can we bring our own electric samgyup griller?
**YES. Corkage fee is ₱200/night
You can also rent our electric samgyup griller ₱300/night.
❗️❗️ Though we have caretakers around, they CANNOT cook/grill for you, buy food for you or any other errands. They are just there to guide and help you when it comes to concerns in the house amenities.
❗️❗️PLEASE BE REMINDED THAT WE WILL CHARGE YOU, IF IN CASE THERE ARE DAMAGES MADE DURING YOUR STAY.
Other things to note
-Tagaytay establishments are all CLOSED by 9pm. Please buy your food, ice, drinks, soap, water, etc. before checking-in.
-We allow early check-in and out provided that there is no guest before or after your stay.
-Pillows and blankets are available however we DO NOT PROVIDE TOWELS AND TOILETRIES
-No loud music and karaoke after 10pm.
-Please declare the exact NUMBER OF GUESTS to avoid further charges.

1. There will be Security Deposit of PHP 1,000.00 upon arrival refundable upon check out if no damages and violations. This will be given to the caretaker.
2. Main Guest must present his/her ID.
3. NO UNDECLARED GUEST.
PENALTY FOR UNDECLARED GUEST is PHP 1000 per guest per night.Infants as young as 1 month is counted.
**VISITORS were NOT ALLOWED unless they were paid and counted as guest whether they stay overnight or not.
4. There is a PHP 500.00 charge for lost keys.
5. PETS were allowed but with FEE.
PHP 300/PET/ NIGHT.KINDLY TELL US IN ADVANCE IF YOU WILL BRING YOUR PETS.
6. STRICTLY NO SMOKING/VAPE inside the unit.
You can smoke outside the unit.
7. NO PUTTING of any DECORATIONS to avoid damaging the walls,mirrors,frames and ceilings.

8. Check in time: 2pm to 7pm Only
-Check out time: 12 nn
-Late check in after 6pm PHP200
-Late check out after 12nn PHP200 per hour if no guest booked after you.
-Early check in 200 per hour before 2pm if no guest booked before you.
-Early check out before 11am will be instructed self check out,security deposit will be deposited to your account after the unit has been check.
9. We will open the room for cleaning purposes in case the guest refuse to check out on the agreed time.
10. Please keep the ELECTRICITY OFF WHEN NOT IN USE.
11. Please TAKE CARE OF THE UNIT LIKE YOUR OWN HOME. Do not leave it in chaos.
12.Going with kids? WE HIGHLY RECOMMEND TO PUT DIAPERS ON THEM, PEED/SOILED/ STAINED BEDDINGS,PILLOWS,BLANKETS,MATRESS WILL BE CHARGED PHP200/ITEM.
13.Videoke available upon request. (300/night) Excessive noise not allowed from 10pm to 7am in respect to our neighbors. ( Tagaytay Barangay Rule)
14.Kindly use SAMGYUP GRILLER on the grilling area. Do not use it inside the unit.
15.Additional electronic things (psp,xbox,videoke),airfyer or any electronic appliances or any thing brought by guest that will consume electricity has a corkage fee of ₱300/night/appliances or gadget.
16.Strictly NO IRONING OF CLOTHES inside the unit.
17.Refrain from using CANDLES for designing the rooms and puting it over the bed or anywhere that may cause fire.
18.*Caution DO NOT LOG OUT the Netflix account because there's no other way to log in our account again.₱500 Penalty for this violation.
