Please be informed on the updated Game Room Rules and Regulations as approved by the Board of Trustees, effective June 18, 2022:
Operating Hours: The game room operating hours are from 6:00AM to 7:00PM
Usage: The game room is for the exclusive use of the unit owners, tenants and/or residents of the project subject to the provisions of the Master Deed, the House Rules and other rules and regulations as may from time to time be amended by the Board of Trustees. A pre-registration is required to be done with the assigned personnel at the area.

Guest/s may be allowed to use the game room with applicable fees as approved by the Condominium Corporation below:

Tournaments will not be allowed without the prior written approval of the Condominium Corporation.
The reservation of the game room for all games, tournaments, practices, and other events will strictly be on a “first come, first-served basis” with a maximum of two (2) playing dates per reservation except for the Condominium Corporation approved tournaments. All requests for the reservation of the game room should be obtained first from the Property Management Office (PMO).
A reservation is good for a maximum of two (2) hours. However, when no reservation is made for the succeeding hours at the same date, teams or groups in the game room may be allowed to extend their allotted time.
Official events sponsored or sanctioned by the Condominium Corporation shall be given priority over the unit owners, tenants and/or residents in the use of the game room.
Children under the age of 15 must be accompanied by a responsible adult.
Food, alcoholic beverages, breakable glass containers, smoking, horseplay and gambling are prohibited.
All items must be returned to their corresponding racks or places after use and all equipment must be left clean and tidy after each use.
The game room is not manned by an attendant. The Developer/Condominium Corporation/Property Management Office shall not be held liable for any loss, damage, untoward incident or injury that may arise from the use of the game room.
