In 2025, we focused on the work behind the scenes: how we build, how we listen, and how we show up for the communities we serve. From milestone launches to on-the-ground community moments, this year was about being present, learning, and moving forward with a clearer purpose.

It was also a pivotal year for SMDC, as we introduced SMDC Heights, SMDC Nature, and SMDC Symphony Homes—three segments that reflect how we are evolving to better respond to the needs of Filipino homeowners.

We built connections. We showed up in meaningful ways. And we took important steps forward, together.
