We completely understand that unexpected circumstances can happen, and we truly value every guest who chooses to stay with Casa Aquila. However, once a reservation is confirmed, the dates are officially blocked exclusively for you.

When a guest cancels at the last minute or does not show up, we lose the opportunity to accommodate other guests who were interested in the same dates. This directly affects our small business.

That is why we kindly and consistently implement our These policies are not meant to be unreasonable or unkindโ€”they are in place to protect both our business and the availability of our future guests.

CANCELLATION POLICY:

โ€ข 5 to 10 days before check-in โ€“ 50% of the total booking amount will be charged
โ€ข 1 to 4 days before check-in โ€“ 75% of the total booking amount will be charged
โ€ข Same-day cancellation / No show โ€“ 100% of the total booking amount will be charged
โ€ข Cancellations made during holidays or peak dates โ€“ 100% of the total booking amount will be charged

Please note that same-day cancellations are not allowed. If a cancellation is made on the check-in date, the remaining balance must still be settled.

Guests who cancel on the same day without proper notice will be considered as no-show. We document and post no-show cases for awareness among future guests and fellow staycation hosts. This is to emphasize that we take reservations seriously, as the unit has already been exclusively reserved and other bookings may have been declined.

We appreciate your understanding and cooperation. โ˜บ๏ธ
