The best-selling Bulalo in Tagaytay. We also ordered seafood sinigang, chop suey, kare-kare and fruit shakes. However, ang tamis yung fruit juice!

As we entered the wide-open expansive restaurant with a view overlooking the cloudy Taal lake, we felt the humidity coming from the lake, perhaps from the heated smoke of the volcano. Consequently, we decided to transfer to the basement below for it was a really cool place.

I went, discovered and tasted the unique foods from throughout the Philippines. I tried sticky cocoa champorado, empanadas from Ilocos, assorted nuts, ube halaya and many others. They were giving out free samples which made my tummy happy.😆

I heard that the booth won the top 1 trail mix competition - Philipinuts of Cagayan de Oro. I will buy some when I return to CDO. I also stopped by the Naga Booth- Orange Enterprise where they sell kinunot and vegan Pinangat. The taste reminds me of where I was born - Camarines Sur. It has a moringa-coco flavor, spicy and is delicious! I hope I can come again for more tasting!
