RT - Your Residence in Tagaytay finally welcomes back our loyal guests subject to the city and building's strict health protocols.
What's New at RT?
- Unit is equipped with UV disinfectant lamp which kills 99.99% of virus and bacteria
- Alcohol is provided in the unit for guest use
- Sip a cup of coffee, experience the cool breeze of Tagaytay and enjoy the city views with our newly installed coffee table and chairs in the balcony
- As requested, unit is now Netflix ready. Enjoy a wide list of free movies while you relax and enjoy at RT
Please be reminded of below policies:
1. Our unit is allowed up to 50% capacity only, max of 3 guests at RT, including children
2. Staycationers are allowed maximum of 2 nights stay only. Long term bookings are allowed but guests will be required to undergo strict 14 days home quarantine per city guidelines.
3. No health certificates or negative tests required. You will only need to fill up the health declaration form upon arrival at the building. Those who are sick or showing symptoms will be denied entry.
4. Kids and those below 21 years of age and senior citizens are allowed provided they will secure "Special Pass" from their barangay of origin valid on your day/s of visit in Tagaytay.
5. Pool is still closed until further notice. Viewing deck is open in the morning and in the afternoon.
6. Tagaytay City Mayor Executive order no. 243 issued last October 1, 2020 mandates all establishments including hotels, malls, supermarkets and restaurants to be closed every Monday until further notice for disinfection. No checkins will be accommodated every Monday. Guests checked in during the weekends should check out by Monday to give way for the required unit disinfection.
RT is complete with kitchen amenities, dining utensils, cable and PLDT wifi ready for your work from home needs.
