- Function Rooms can be reserved and used for a fee to be arranged at the admin office.
- Sky Lounge at Tower 3 where you can see the 360 degrees view of the city can be arranged at the reception desk for access.
- Parking Fees: Tower 3 Covered Basement Parking for Php300/24 hours (guaranteed, multiple entry) or Php20 per hour plus Php200 overnight fee at Commercial Parking Space.
