Guests staying can access and use the clubhouse facilities and amenities with corresponding guest fees at minimal rates. It has an indoor and outdoor swimming pool, indoor badminton court, billiard room, outdoor basketball court, and tennis court. Big function rooms are also available for family occasions and corporate activities. The Property Administration Office can handle inquiries on matters in the use of the function rooms. A portion of The Sky Lounge Viewing Area at Tower 3 is now open every weekend for free viewing of the scenic Taal Lake and Volcano. All users are required to register with the assigned Receptionist and Security Guard at Tower 3 on a first-come, first-served basis. There are only 32 seats dedicated to this area, and 2 hours limit of use for each guest is allotted to give way to the next user.
