✨ Sunday Reset 🧹🏡

I often get asked why the house isn’t deep cleaned before every viewing.

The reason is simple—I prefer to do the full general cleaning once a tenant has officially confirmed. This keeps the home fresh and move-in ready for the new lessee, instead of repeating the same work after multiple viewings.

That said, I always make this clear before every house tour so expectations are set from the beginning. Transparency matters, and I want every client to know exactly what to expect.

When it’s time to move in, I make sure the home is clean, welcoming, and ready for its new occupants. ❤️🔑
