First things first i wanna thank God for everything You have given me—the blessings seen and unseen, the opportunities, and the guidance You provide in every step of my journey.

I am truly grateful for my client who placed her full trust in me to help her purchase a condo in Tagbilaran. It is not just a transaction, but a responsibility and a blessing that You allowed me to experience. Thank You for using me as an instrument to serve others and to bring value into their lives.

I also want to thank Sir John Santia , who has been patiently training and guiding me. Through your mentorship, I am learning what I should do and who I should become. Thank You for placing the right people in my life to shape my growth, both professionally and personally. And i just want to thank you for being more than just a leader in work, but also a leader in faith. Your guidance doesn’t only help me grow professionally, but also spiritually. I’m truly grateful to learn from someone who leads with both wisdom and a heart for God. Thank you for shaping me into who I am becoming.

Lord, Your Word reminds me in Galatians 6:9 to not grow weary in doing good, for in due season I will reap if I do not give up. I hold on to this promise as I continue to work hard and trust in Your perfect timing.

As it is written in Ecclesiastes 3:1, there is a time for everything. I trust that every season I go through is part of Your greater plan for my life.

Lord, I choose to seek You first, as Matthew 6:33 teaches, believing that all these things will be added unto me. You are my provider, and I stand on Your promise in Philippians 4:19 that You will supply all my needs according to Your riches in glory.

And as I reflect on 2 Corinthians 9:8, I am reminded that You are able to bless abundantly, so that in all things, at all times, having all that I need, I will abound in every good work.

Thank You, Lord, for Your faithfulness, Your provision, and Your never-ending grace.
