Federal Land, Inc., together with Nomura Real Estate Development Co., Ltd. and Isetan Mitsukoshi Holdings, Ltd., is setting a new global standard in the real estate industry through the premier four-tower residential development – The Seasons Residences at Grand Central Park. The Seasons Residences is the country’s first residential project with a distinct Japanese concept. The project is a partnership between Federal Land, Inc. and two Japanese giants, Nomura Real Estate Development Co.
