Federal Land Inc. has set up a new development firm with Japan-based Nomura Real Estate, which is set to begin operations this April.

The Japanese property developer will pitch in ₱16 billion of the total capital investment of new company Federal Land NRE Global. Set to begin operations this April, the firm's initial project will involve around 250 hectares of development in Metro Manila, Cavite, and Cebu.
