ARTHALAND’s PHP3 billion Fixed-rate ASEAN Green Bonds Issue Credit Rating has been upgraded to PRS Aa from PRS Aa minus by the Philippine Rating Services Corp. According to PhilRatings, obligations rated PRS Aa are of high quality and are subject to very low credit risk. The ASEAN Green Bonds adhere to the ASEAN Green Bonds Standards which require proceeds to be used exclusively to fund eligible green projects, including certified green buildings.

CONSTRUCTION UPDATE AS OF DECEMBER 2020

As of 01 December 2020, structural works are currently ongoing at the 15ᵀᴴ Floor of the Savya Financial Center North Tower. Physical construction is already at 32% completion. The North Tower is on-schedule for topping-off by January 2021 and for completion by December 2021.

CONSTRUCTION UPDATE AS OF DECEMBER 2020

The building is at 75% completion as of December 2020. There are more than 1,000 workers on-site to ensure that construction targets are met. Since September, handover to office and retail unit owners of Phase 1 of the Cebu Exchange is ongoing.
