MY JOURNEY IN MEGAWORLD RFO PREMIER
My journey in Megaworld RFO Premier started in 2022 when I was given the opportunity to enter the real estate industry. At that time, I was a beginner—quiet, shy, and still learning how to communicate confidently with different people. Coming from the province and speaking Chavacano, one of my biggest challenges was overcoming the language barrier and building confidence in speaking with clients.
I still remember how difficult it was when I first started. I had to learn everything from the beginning—from commuting to the office, understanding our projects, studying property details, finding prospects, presenting to clients, and learning how to handle different kinds of people.
But instead of allowing those challenges to stop me, I used them as motivation to improve myself.
Through continuous training, product knowledge, prospecting, online marketing, client presentations, and actual experiences, I slowly became more confident and knowledgeable. Every client I met taught me something new. Every rejection taught me to become stronger. Every challenge pushed me to become better.
One of the most important lessons I learned in Megaworld RFO Premier is that success in real estate does not happen overnight. It requires discipline, consistency, patience, commitment, and a strong desire to improve every single day.
Over the years, I was blessed to grow not only as a Property Specialist but also as a person. From being a shy and inexperienced newcomer, I eventually became an Assistant Sales Manager, taking on greater responsibilities and helping other people in the team grow as well.
I am also deeply grateful for the opportunities and recognition I have received along the way, including being recognized as one of the Top Producers of MRFO Premier. These achievements remind me that all the sacrifices, long days, rejections, and hard work were worth it.
Most importantly, my journey in Megaworld RFO Premier has never been only about selling properties. It has been about helping clients find their dream homes and investments, building meaningful relationships, and creating a better future for my family.
I am grateful to the people who believed in me, guided me, trained me, and gave me opportunities when I was still starting. I am especially thankful to my leaders, mentors, teammates, and every client who trusted me throughout this journey.
From 2022 until today, I can truly say that Megaworld RFO Premier has changed my life.
I started with very little experience and a lot of doubts, but I continued showing up.
I learned.
I struggled.
I failed.
I improved.
I grew.
And I never gave up.
Today, I am still here—still learning, still dreaming, still working, and still grateful.
This is not the end of my journey. This is only another chapter of a bigger dream.
I will continue to work hard, help more clients, inspire my team, and make my family proud.
