Sir T inquired about this high-end 2 bedroom unit in St. Moritz Private Estate at 4:00AM in the morning, met him and his parents to view the unit at 4:00PM, discussed all the requirements and processes for 6 hours, reserved the unit at 10:00PM and parted ways at almost 11:00PM, all happened in less than 24 hours and one of my longest discussion with a client but super worth it.
