Healthy and relaxing environment - From spacious and quality living spaces, first-rate resort-inspired amenities, and access to nature through expansive outdoors, Alder Residences has been carefully planned to provide a healthy and relaxing environment for future residents. DMCI Homes has ensured that the indoor amenities of the modern artisanal architecture-themed development cater to the varying lifestyles and wellness needs of residents such as a coworking space for students and professionals, entertainment room, fitness gym, and game area. Alder Residences likewise has a wide array of resort-inspired amenities such as lap pool, kiddie pool, leisure pool, lush gardens, basketball court, children’s play area, activity lawn, gazebo, jogging path, and Sky Lounge—all of which create a relaxing vibe that will surely inspire productivity and a sense of calm among homeschooling kids or working from home professionals. Additionally, all four buildings of Alder Residences—18-storeys high Andea, Manzuria, Oregon and Sylvan—feature DMCI Homes’ Lumiventt® Design Technology to maximize the benefits of natural light and cross ventilation. With this design technology, natural light and air enter through three-storey high Sky Patios and pass through landscaped atriums typically built between 5 to 7 floors of the condominium.
