We recently attended the Asia CEO HR Forum 2026, where HR leaders and changemakers gathered and explored the theme “The Human Advantage: Burnout. Retention. Culture. The Challenges Technology Can’t Solve.”

Our very own Ruby Macaraeg, with over two decades of HR experience across diverse industries, shared her perspective on “Humanizing Workspaces” — emphasizing the importance of creating environments that support the physical, psychological, and community needs of the people who use them.
