𝐒𝐭𝐨𝐫𝐲 𝐭𝐢𝐦𝐞 𝐧𝐨. 𝟐: A client reached out looking for a 1- or 2-bedroom unit. They were careful with their budget, so they initially preferred pre-selling options since those tend to be more slightly affordable.

But as we talked, something shifted.

I stopped thinking about what I had to offer and started really listening to their needs, their timeline, their vision of what “home” actually meant to them. And slowly, a clearer picture emerged. Not just of what they wanted, but of what would actually serve them best.

That’s when I made a different suggestion. It wasn’t about pushing; it was about guiding.

Their reaction? “That actually looks pretty incredible.”
