Story time: It all started with this comment ๐
A week ago, a client just asked โCan we visit the unit?โ. Yesterday, they asked to meet up again and just like that, it was closed. A 2-bedroom at The Grand Midori Ortigas is now theirs.

Sample computations are important, yes. But those figures only make real sense once you feel the space. Once you step into the actual unit, look out the window, and experience the project for yourself. Thatโs when the price starts to speak for itself.
