The Taguig City Integrated Terminal Exchange (TCITx) has officially broken ground today at Arca South, this marks a significant milestone in Arca South’s growth, setting the stage for improved mobility and connectivity across Metro Manila. Spanning 5 hectares, this premier transport hub is designed to accommodate 160,000 passengers and 5,200 vehicles daily, with direct links to the North-South Commuter Railway (NSCR), Metro Manila Subway Project (MMSP), and access via Skyway Stage 4 (SEMME).

Expected to be fully operational by 2028, TCITx will position Arca South as a key gateway, enhancing accessibility and transforming it into a vital convergence point for public and private transport. This development reinforces Ayala Land’s commitment to building vibrant, connected, and sustainable urban communities.

Have a look at the latest updates on the Metro Manila Subway Project! Currently, the overall progress rate of the subway stands at 40%. The project involves building a depot and a 33-kilometer railway line comprising 17 stations connecting Valenzuela City to Parañaque City, with a spur line to Terminal 3 of Ninoy Aquino International Airport (NAIA). The train system will pass through FTI Station near Arca South and conclude at Bicutan. 🚆

The project is expected to be completed by 2029. After its completion, commuting between Quezon City and NAIA will become faster, more efficient, and more convenient than ever before.

President Bongbong Marcos led the formal inauguration and marker-unveiling ceremony of the Healthway Cancer Care Hospital (HCCH), the first specialty hospital for cancer in the country.

“With the help of the HCCH, we can revolutionize the cancer care service industry in the Philippines through modern, state-of-the-art equipment coupled with leading medical professionals and oncologists. It will certainly positively reflect on the country’s growing potential as a leading healthcare destination in Asia,” said President Marcos in his speech.

"At Ayala, we firmly believe in the transformative power of business as a catalyst for positive change, collaborating closely with the government to address societal gaps and build a stronger nation," said Fernando Zobel de Ayala, Chairman of AC Health.

"The Healthway Cancer Care Hospital is a testament to our shared purpose—a purpose centered around the well-being of Filipino cancer patients and their families," Zobel added.

HCCH will have 100 beds, four specialized operating theaters, and two advanced endoscopy rooms. The facility also boasts of an expanded outpatient chemotherapy unit, and an integrated outpatient department with a specialized women’s health center.
