BACKGROUND

The City of Taguig Real Estate Board, Inc. (CTREB) is a non-profit organization on its 15th year, with a total membership of 217 brokers and counting... that are deeply engaged and entrenched in residential, commercial brokerage and project selling. It is among the 68 local member boards that belong to the Philippine Association of Real Estate Boards (PAREB), the largest and oldest nat

ionalreal estate service organization in the country. PURPOSE

CTREB's focus is captured in in its slogan "Integrity, Commerce and Education" (ICE). It promotes the highest ethical conduct and standards of practice among its members and provides opportunities that will equip and further enhance the skills and knowledge of its members. It conducts monthly General Membership Meetings with regular talks by leaders in their area of expertise, on topics relevant to best practices and the real estate industry. It also organizes Continuing Professional Development (CPD) Seminars that will allow brokers and salespersons to earn credits to be used for the renewal of their licenses. One of the most valuable benefits for CTREB membership is personalized contacts through fellowship and its Multiple Listing Service (MLS) activities. MEMBERSHIP PROFILE

We are composed of highly professional licensed real estate brokers
considered to be specialists in their own fields of expertise. We are
represented in all segments of real estate covering project selling, general
brokerage, commercial, leisure and industrial lines. A good number of our
brokers are seasoned and focused in highly exclusive residential villages
and upscale condominiums in Makati, Bonifacio Global City, Ortigas
Center, Ayala Alabang and in the fast developing areas north and south
of the Metro. Our commercial brokers have transacted high volumes for
sought after office spaces in Makati and BGC. We boast of around 200
elite members who are also property investors and are highly respected
in their fields of specialization.
