Ayala Land Inc.-led Station Square East Commercial Corporation (SSECC) and the Bases Conversion and Development Authority (BCDA) have finalized a lease extension for Market! Market! until 2039, with ₱1 billion committed to modernize the BGC commercial hub.

The investment will help prepare Market! Market! for its next chapter as an integrated retail and mobility destination, including its future connection to the Metro Manila Subway.
