Batch 2 Real World Appraisal workshop has just completed its 6 days training today with 23 participants-appraisers facing face to face encounter with the esteemed panelists turned mentors, namely; Engr. Teddy Dalope, Cons. Don Rommel Dais, Cons. Michael Jayson Carlos and Prof. Doncyd Montalban Jr. The application of Valuation Approaches was used by each group to come up with their opinion of value of the subject property being appraised. Their narrative appraisal reports were carefully scrutinized, assessed and evaluated. What an amazing day to end with knowledge added to all the participants.

In behalf of Praxis, we really appreciate the mentors' intense comments and evaluation. Your wordings to the participants are truly remarkable and are based on experience, academic knowledge, and professionalism. You inspired them all.

To all the participants, we thank you all for your brave moves to face the panelists and with guts to defend your work. You have humbled yourselves in exchange for the knowledge you want to gain and that what made you advancing your hard earned profession. The industry needs you and now it is time to practice it.
