Our Real-World Appraisal Workshop Batch 6 is taking appraisal training to another level! This time, our PRAXIANS will work on actual and more challenging subject properties designed to sharpen their valuation skills and expose them to assignments they may encounter in professional practice.

Yes, we’re not talking about just one condominium unit. Participants will take on the challenge of appraising an entire CONDOMINIUM PROJECT, including its relevant assets and components for business valuation.

Participants will also work on an industrial property consisting of a warehouse, residential structure, and other improvements, providing another opportunity to apply appropriate valuation approaches to a more complex property.

Face-to-Face Oathtaking of the New Real Estate Appraisers

The face-to-face mass oathtaking of the new Real Estate Appraisers will be held on August 23, 2026, at 1:30 P.M., at the Function 5, SMX Convention Center MOA, Pasay City.

All successful examinees interested in attending the face-to-face mass oathtaking shall register not later than 12:00 NN of the day prior to the date of the oathtaking at https://online.prc.gov.ph/ to confirm their attendance.

Inductees shall come in Filipiniana-inspired attire for ladies; Barong-inspired attire for gentlemen and are required to PRINT the Oath Form with their own generated QR. This will be submitted during the oathtaking to be tagged as “attended”.

Those who cannot attend the scheduled face-to-face mass oathtaking may attend the online oathtaking or request a special oathtaking. Online Oathtaking announcements will be posted once the schedule is confirmed.

After the oathtaking, inductees shall proceed with their Initial Registration by securing an online appointment at https://online.prc.gov.ph.
