Year ONE ☝️

The four of us started Realty ONE Group Upgrade with an idea, a shared vision, and the belief that we could build something meaningful together.

It wasn’t easy—and truthfully, we didn’t have everything figured out. We learned as we went, adjusted when things didn’t work, celebrated the wins, and kept moving through the challenges.

Then came our first pioneers—Mark Joseph Barachina, Charles Ty , and Jas Khris —who joined us early and believed in what we were trying to build. That trust meant a lot, especially at a time when UPGRADE was still finding its footing.

Over the past year, we’ve grown together, closed deals with broker partners, welcomed more people into the organization, and earned recognition from our developer partners—including reaching Luminary status with Ayala Land Premium together with strong partnerships with Ayala Land Estate, Shang Properties , Rockwell, Federal Land, Arthaland, Ortigas Land, Signature Series by SM and Aboitiz.

These milestones are important, but they also remind us that there is still so much ahead of us.

A special thank you to Robb Spearman of Realty ONE Group and the team from Realty ONE Group Philippines Pauline Evangelista-Jimenez Elmer Jimenez Junn Palma, who gave us an opportunity when we were just starting out and helped give us a firm footing. Your continued guidance, perspective, and belief in what we are building have been an important part of this journey and still continue to do so.

Through all of it, we’ve tried to remain grounded in humility, purpose, and the understanding that this was never meant to be a short-term endeavor. We are building for the long haul.

To our partners, agents, clients, families, friends, and everyone who has trusted and supported Realty ONE Group Upgrade during our first year—thank you for being part of this journey.

For Charlotte, or Mitch among close friends, real estate has always been about more than selling properties. As a top seller with Ayala Land International Sales, she gained valuable exposure to the international market and the clients behind it.

Starting her career with Ayala Land Premier in 2011, she later expanded her practice internationally, working closely with overseas Filipino clients who were looking to make the right decisions with their hard-earned money.

That experience gave her a deeper appreciation for the profession — seeing their sacrifices, understanding their goals, and helping them invest for their families back home.

Now with Realty ONE Group Upgrade, Mitch brings that same experience, heart, and sense of purpose into the brokerage. Backed by trusted partners, shared learnings, international reach, and a culture of malasakit, she believes this platform was built not only to grow careers, but to help others grow with us.

Because when purpose leads the work, the work becomes more meaningful.

For Kerwin, often called "taoke" by his peers, real estate was a natural extension of a career built on creativity, design, sales, and relationships.

After 28 years in intellectual property and licensing across multinational and regional markets, he brought that same eye for branding and business into real estate—first with Ayala Land Premier, then through developer experience, and now as part of building Realty ONE Group Upgrade.

What stood out to him about Realty ONE Group was its culture: untraditional, community-driven, and different from the usual brokerage setup.

That spirit helped shape what we stand for today:
